1. Call to order and roll call of members. 2. Pledge of allegiance. 3. Vote to approve or vote not to approve Estimate of Needs. 4. Vote to approve or vote not to approve encumbrances in the Insurance Fund. 5. Vote to pay or vote not to pay bills in the Insurance Fund. 6. Vote to sell or vote not to sell the school house. 7. Vote to close or vote not to close election precincts where no one resides. 8. Vote to adjourn.

Special Board Meeting Minutes Wakita Board of Education September 23, 2010
President Mary Elliott called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mary Elliott, Lee Roberts and Dr. Nevaleen Selmat were present for roll call. Jerry Biby and Steve Lamb were absent. President Elliott led the Pledge of Allegiance. A motion was made by Dr. Selmat and seconded by Roberts to approve the Estimate of Needs. Vote 3-0. Dr. Selmat made a motion and was seconded by Roberts to approve the encumbrances in the Insurance Fund. Vote was 3-0. Dr. Selmat made a motion and seconded by Roberts to pay the bills in the Insurance Fund. Vote was 3-0. No action was taken on selling the school house. Dr. Selmat made a motion and seconded by Roberts to close precinct 270017 in Grant County and precinct 020120 in Alfalfa County for the general election. Vote was 3-0. Roberts made a motion and seconded by Dr. Selmat to adjourn. Vote was 3-0
