Call to order and roll call of members.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Read and vote to approve or vote not to approve the minutes from the May 2^nd, 2011 Regular Board meeting.

Vote to approve or vote not to approve the encumbrances in the General, Building, Child Nutrition, and Insurance funds.

Vote to pay or vote not to pay the bills in the General, Building, Child Nutrition, and Insurance funds.

Vote to approve temporary appropriations for fiscal year 2011-12.

Vote to accept Joe Baker’s resignation.

Vote to approve CLEP updates.

Vote to approve or not to approve wages for the lifeguard and pool manager.

Discuss and vote to surplus the Gore School bell and where it is to be donated.
