Read and approve minutes of the April 4^th regular Board meeting.

Read and approve the minutes of the April 26^th special Board meeting.

Vote to approve or vote not to approve the encumbrances in the General, Building, Child Nutrition and Insurance funds.

Vote to pay or vote not to pay the bills in the General, Building, Child Nutrition, and Insurance funds.

Vote to approve or vote not to approve salary adjustments for Diane Highfill’s contract.

Vote to approve or vote not to approve the Comprehensive Local Education Plan.

Vote to approve or vote not to approve monies to OLAP - Oklahoma Liquid Asset Pool.

 Sign extra duty contracts for the 09-10 school year.

 Sign extra duty contracts (if needed) for the 10-11 school year.

 Sign bank signatures pages.

 Review College Remediation Report.

 Review 2010 Drop-out Report.

 Vote to approve or vote not to approve surplus softball uniforms.
